Mr. George Fewell Jr., 86 of Charlotte, passed away on Tuesday May 12, 2020 at Atrium Health-Pineville. He was born on May 23, 1933 to the late Mrs. Ruby Wiley Fewell and Mr. George Fewell Sr.

His mother, Ruby Wiley Fewell; father, George Fewell Sr.; sisters, Edna Fewell Craig, Libby Fewell, and Irene Hart; and brothers, James Wiley and Johnny Fewell preceded his death.

He was a member of New Beginning Baptist Church in Wadesboro, North Carolina.

Those left to cherish fond memories are:  Six daughters, Deborah Huntley (Larry), Ruby Fewell Henry (Derrick), Joyce Harrison (John), Jacqueline Gaddy (James), Bernet Fewell, and Shamika Fewell; two sons, George Fewell and Darrick Fewell; one sister, Patsy Bryers of Charlotte, NC; eighteen grandchildren, thirty-three great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
