Mrs. Glorianne Noble Brown affectionately referred to as "Glo", departed this life peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, November 24, 2015. Glorianne was born in Philadelphia, PA, on June 13, 1957, to Earhart and Gloria Noble. She was an avid believer of continual self improvement and furthering her educational prowess. Graduating from West Philadelphia High, Glorianne sought ways to quench her thirst for knowledge by graduating from Community College of Philadelphia, University of Maryland (B.S. in Biology), Wake Forest, P.A. program, and graduated from Drexel University obtaining her Master's Degree as a Physician Assistant. Glorianne worked in the Mental Health Field as a Program Coordinator at the National Children's Center (Washington, DC), Charles County, MD, INS Place (Washington, DC), and Family Service Foundation, Lanham, Maryland. From 2000 to 2003, she was an instructor in the Sciences at CPCC. Her hobbies were gourmet cooking, power walking, music, reading and martial arts, having been trained in Tiger Crane Kung Fu. She was inspired by and remained close to her martial arts "brothers" Rick Panico and "Corney." Glorianne leaves behind a loving and devoted husband of 25 years, William Brown; a son, Dontay Coleman; her sister, Earlena Noble; brothers, David Noble, Vincent Noble, John Noble along with many nieces and nephews, mother-in-law, Josie Brown; sisters-in-law, Jacqueline Shepard and June Brown; brother-in-law, Chris Brown who will miss her dearly. Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, December 4, 2015, at Henry's Chapel A.M.E. Zion Church, Belmont, NC. Visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. until 12 noon. Interment will be at the church cemetery.
