Obituary
Mr. Harry Goins, Jr., 66 of Charlotte, passed away on February 2, 2017 at his residence. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at the National Cemetery, Salisbury.
