Mr. Harvey "Hob" Lee Cosby was called home to be with his Heavenly Father on November 4, 2023.

Harvey was born on November 13, 1959, in Charlotte, North Carolina to his late parents Willie and Nellie Cosby. Harvey attended school in Charlotte Mecklenburg School system and later started a career in laying asphalt.

He married Mary Cosby and continued working until his health began to fail.

Harvey Lee Cosby was preceded in death by his parents Willie and Nellie Cosby, brothers; Willie Cosby, Jr. and Billy Cosby, and sisters; Annie Cosby Anderson and Barbara Ann Cosby.

He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Mary Cosby; step-daughter Tessa Robinson; sisters; Carrie Cosby, Brenda Cosby Sherrill, and Lorraine Cosby; brothers: Henry L. Cosby (Doris), and Michael Cosby (Tonya); and a host of nieces, nephews, and close friends.
