Helen Phillip's Obituary
Helen Phillips passed away on September 3, 2015 at her residence. Funeral service is planned for 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at the Grier Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at York Memorial Park. Visitation with the family will take place beginning at 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
