Mr. Herbert Antoine Johnson, 65 of Charlotte, passed peacefully to be with the Lord on Friday June 26, 2020.

Antoine was born on July 9, 1954 in Charlotte, NC to the late Joseph Edward Johnson and Vanetta Redfern Johnson.  Antoine attended Independence High School.  Antoine moved to Maryland then to Florida and ended up back in Charlotte NC working at CaroMont Regional Medical Hospital for many years.

He leaves to cherish his wife Beulah Jones-Johnson; his siblings, Harold Johnson of NC; Rickey Johnson Sr. of Maryland, and Vanessa Johnson of Florida; his aunt, Anna Hart; uncle, Thomas Redfern of NC; Children, Natasha Cunningham, Tina and Shanell McManus of NC, Tiana, Herbert Jr., Samuel and Jasmin Johnson of Maryland; Sister-in-law, Cheryl Johnson; one stepson with his wife, 12 grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, and grandniece's, nephews and cousins.
