Mr. Herbert Maxwell Jr., 70 of Charlotte, passed away on January 5, 2017 at Novant Presbyterian. Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, January 13, 2017 at Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow at 1:00 p.m. at the National Cemetery, Salisbury.
