Mr. Ivey DeAndre McDowell, 53 of Charlotte, passed away on October 29, 2016 at CMC-Northeast, Concord. Viewing will be held at Grier Memorial Chapel, 115 John McCarroll Avenue on Sunday, November 6, 2016 from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 at Oaklawn Cemetery.
