She is preceded in death by her father David Culp Sr. She leaves to cherish loving memories, her devoted husband Charles Bell Sr.; children Sherie Pearsall, Susie Bell Spivey, Stephanie Gray (James), Charles Bell Jr., Yolanda Brown; mother Susie Portlock. Rev. Jackey Bell was a retired CNA that truly loved people. Funeral service is Wednesday, April 16, 2014, at Steele Creek A.M.E Zion.
