Obituary
Ms. Jackquelin Spratt, 74 of Charlotte NC passed away on November 22, 2017 at Saturn Nursing & Rehab. Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at Little Rock AME Zion Church, 401 N. McDowell St., Charlotte. Visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Burial will be private.
