Jacobi M. Moore, 24 of Charlotte, passed away on November 5, 2017 at Novant Health.  Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at Grier Memorial Chapel.  Visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
