Ms. Jacqueline Powell, 68 of Charlotte, passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2019 at Novant Heath-Huntersville.  She was born April 26, 1951 in Robeson, North Carolina.  She was the daughter of the late Willie B. Coleman and Lucy Christine Small.

She attended Proctorville High School in Robeson County in her earlier years.  She eventually relocated to Charlotte, NC where she attended and graduated from Second Ward High School.  She was employed with Belk Account Services for many years.

She was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Robert Small Jr.

She leaves her loving memories to be cherished by her only sister, Johnnie Spencer (Larry) of Charlotte, NC where she resided; 1 brother, Willie Coleman; 3 aunts, Jean Nances of Charlotte, Linda Whitted (Lester) of Efland, NC and Alice Powell McCullum of Lumberton, NC; 1 uncle, Larry Powell (Gladys) of Charlotte, NC; 4 nephews, Adrian Baker, Corey Baker, Willie Baker, Cedric Brown, and a host of great nieces and nephews, along with other family and friends.
