Mr. James Melvin Roseboro, 71 of Charlotte, passed away on September 30, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 8, 2016 at Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation will begin at 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. Burial will take place on Monday, October 10, 2016 at National Cemetery, Salisbury at 9:00 a.m.
