Mr. James Melvin Staton Sr. of Charlotte, passed away on October 11, 2015. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Poplar Spring Baptist Church, Burnsville, NC, 183 Rocky Mount Church Road, Polkton, NC. View of the body will be on Friday, October 16th from 12 noon until 5:00 p.m. at Grier Memorial Chapel.
