Mr. James Otis Streater, Sr. 77, of Charlotte, passed on September 12,2013 at Carolinas Medical Center-Main. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Grier Chapel. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be at Galilee AME Zion Church Cemetery, Wadesboro, NC.
