Mr. Jasper Ray Sr., 86 of Charlotte, passed away on February 1, 2017 at Novant Health.  Memorial service will be held at 12 noon on Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at First Fellowship Ministries of Charlotte, 7700 Lawyers Road, Charlotte. Visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. to 12 noon.
