Obituary
Jaylon "JayBo" Deshawn David Webber gained his wings early on Thursday morning, May 13, 2021. He was born on December 20, 1998 in Charlotte NC, the son of Davi Webber and to Patricia Murray Newman.
Jaylon graduated from West Mecklenburg High School in January of 2019. On his EOGs (Math) Jaylon scored in the top five in the State of North Carolina.
In Jaylon's 22 years he lived life to the fullest. He had a humble spirit, a big heart, and a loving nature. He loved his mom, daughter, siblings, and his family. Jaylon loved people and he made you feel that you were important and included. He was known for being funny, had a joke always ready, and would brighten your day with his humor. He brought laughter to many in their darkest moment and was there to lend a hand when needed. He loved God and declared, "I am saved." A light is missing in our midst, but when we look in the sky, the brightest star shining is Jaylon's smile. Jaylon will be missed by many, and in the words of Jaylon "I'm Okay! Are you Okay?"
Jaylon was proceeded in death by his father, Davi Webber, his beloved grandmother, Ona L. Murray and his grandfather, Samuel Murray.
Jaylon is survived by his mother, Patricia Newman (Percell); his daughter, Journei Denise Smith-Webber (Aishya); his sisters, Patria Plummer (Ron), Letecia Plummer and Banetria Plummer; his brother, Aaron Plummer (Nyia) aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and a host of cousins and friends. Special Friend: Mckenzie.
