Mr. Jeffrey Steven Ellis, 24 of Charlotte, passed away on December 17, 2017 at his residence. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Northlake Memorial Garden.
