Jennifer was born on November 8, 1977 in Daytona Beach, Florida to Judy and Leron Howard. She peacefully fell asleep in death on Saturday August 3, 2019. She is survived by her husband, Wilcox Akadakpo; parents, Judy Howard of Palm Coast, Florida and Leron Howard of Atlanta, Georgia; siblings, Leron Howard II of Lynchburg, Virginia, Pamela E. Howard of Atlanta, Georgia, and Patricia D. Howard of Daytona Beach, Florida and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, nephews and nieces.

As a young person she was very active and enjoyed a lot of outdoor activities. Living in Florida she spent time at the beach and parks for recreation and reflection.

On the same day (June 3, 1995) she graduated from High School and got baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. After her baptism and as her love for Jehovah grew, she set new spiritual goals for herself. She reached one of those goals on June 1, 1999 when she became a full-time minister and spent many hours helping her neighbors to learn of the Bible's promise of a future paradise in a world without pain, sickness or death (Revelation 21:3&4).

She met Wilcox who also shared the same goals she had. They got married on January 20, 2001 and she continued full-time service with him until November 2017 when her circumstances changed and her health was declining.
Jennifer lived a life of self-sacrifice and always saw the positive side of every situation. Her diligent effort helped some to develop and rekindle their love for our creator, Jehovah as Wilcox and her spent time in Daytona Beach, Florida; Germantown, Maryland; Waynesboro, Pennsylvania; Severn, Maryland; Indian Land, South Carolina and weeks at a time preaching in seldom worked territories in Georgia, Virginia, West Virginia and Kentucky.

Jennifer touched many lives even those she met very briefly and she will be dearly missed.
