Mr. Jessie James Stowe, 70  of Charlotte passed away at his residence on Sunday, April 23, 2017. Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Friday, April 28, 2017 at Progressive Missionary Baptist Church, 1600 Clanton Road.  Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m to 12 noon.  Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 1, 2017 at the National Cemetery, Salisbury. Survivors include four daughters; Dravia Price, Chawanna Grier, Sonya Miller, Tonya Gaines, one son; Clifton Grier.
