Mr. Joe Cooper, 65 of Charlotte, passed away on October 12, 2017 at his residence.  Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Ebenezer Baptist Church.  Visitation will begin at 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Burial will take place at National Cemetery, Salisbury on Tuesday, October 17, 2017 at 11:00 a.m.
