Mr. John T. "Tip" Mangrum, 70 of Charlotte, passed away on July 30, 2017 at CMC-Main.  Funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 5, 2017 at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church.  Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon.  Burial will follow at Sunset Memory Garden.
