Mr. John Smith, 95, of Charlotte, passed away on September 16, 2016 at Avante of Charlotte. Funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Grier Memorial Chapel. Burial will take place on Friday, September 23, 2016 at the National Cemetery, Salisbury.
