Mr. Johnnie Jones, 80, of Charlotte, passed away on August 11, 2016 at Brian Center of Charlotte.  Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.  Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until 12 noon.  Masonic Rites will begin at 11:30 a.m.  Burial will follow at Gethsemane Memorial Garden.  Johnnie is survived by his wife, Stella Jett Jones, two daughters, Johnita Jones, Karen (Tommie) Blakeney, three grandchildren, Laurelia Lee, Briana and Brandon Blakeney, two great-grandchildren, Mackenzie and Madison Lee.
