Judy Louise Talley-Dumbuya, also known as Weezy, age 55, was born in Anderson, South Carolina on October 18, 1966 to Maggie Norman and Bobby Talley. She departed this life on August 25, 2022, in Honea Path, South Carolina.

After relocating to Charlotte, NC at an early age, Judy was educated in the Charlotte Mecklenburg School system. Upon moving back to South Carolina, she attended Belton-Honea Path High School and was later employed as a school bus driver for the Anderson County School System.

In her leisure time, Judy enjoyed cooking, crocheting blankets, listening to music, dancing, and sitting around to socialize with friends and family.

Judy was preceded in death by her mother and her daughter, Latonya Monique Talley.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her father; one son, Anthony Talley; one daughter, Donneshia Blunt, both of Charlotte, NC; six grandsons, Jarquis McManus, Jaylen Talley, Nicholas Hall, DaQuan Harris, Anthony Harrell-Talley, and Messiah Bblunt; seven granddaugthers, Shaquina Harris, Tamia Burch, Tiasjah Harris, Tanisjah Talley, Jada Talley, Jasmine Talley and Trinity Harrell-Talley; three brothers, Wayne Talley, John Talley (Adanell), Charles Talley; three sisters, Michelle Talley, Sharon Geer-Hill, and Laura Harrison; one uncle;two aunts, Ruby McIlwain, and Martha Ann Talley; and very special nieces, other loving relatives, and friends.
