Kenneth Carlton Phifer, 64 of Matthews passed on Thursday at his residence. Funeral service will be Friday 2:00pm at The L. D. Grier Funeral Chapel. Body will lie instate from 1:00 - 2:00pm in the chapel. Public visitation will be Thursday from 11:00am til 5:00pm at Grier Funeral Chapel. Burial will be Friday May 17, Salisbury National Cemetery at 2:00pm.
