Lavern Leak-West's Obituary
Mrs. Lavern Darlene Leak-West, 57 of Charlotte, passed away on December 16, 2016 at CMC-Mercy. Funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Burial will follow at Beatties Ford Memorial Garden.
