Mrs. Lessie Westmoreland, 91 of Charlotte, passed away on July 3, 2019. She was born October 24, 1927, the daughter of the late Estelle and William Jones.  Mrs. Westmoreland was educated in the public schools of Charlotte, NC.

At an early age she joined Nazareth Primitive Baptist Church in Charlotte, NC. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Louise Westmoreland.

Cherishing fond memories are a son, Harold Jones; daughters, Diane Edgeworth, and Irish McCollough; one sister-in-law, Evelyn Jones; and a host of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and cousins all of Charlotte, NC.
