Ms. Linda Larnette Gary, 67, of Charlotte, NC, departed this life on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at Aldersgate Hospice House.

Ms. Linda Gary was born on July 29, 1957. She is the daughter of Lucille Bowman of Charlotte, North Carolina and the late David Gary of Clinton, South Carolina. She was called home on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at Aldersgate Hospice House.

Linda was reared in the Crestdale Community of Matthews, North Carolina and graduated from East Mecklenburg High School. Linda was loved by all and everyone who crossed paths with her.

Linda was preceded in death by her father, David Gary; her brothers, Jerome Bowman, Joe Gary, and Frank Gary; her aunt, Willie Mae Lawerence; and her godparents, Reverend Clement Morris Sr. and Mary Alice.
Loved ones left to cherish her memory include her mother, Lucille Bowman; her sisters, Francia Bowman and Alfreda Lawerence, both of Charlotte, North Carolina; her brothers, Mac Gary, Rick Gary, Linnell Gary and Tyrone Mitchell, all of Charlotte, North Carolina; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
