Mrs. Lois F. White, 79 of Charlotte, departed this life on Sunday, September 4, 2022 at her residence.  She was the daughter of the late William L. Foard and Mrs. Corine S. Foard, was born May 30, 1943.

Lois was married to the late James White.  She graduated from Logan High School and received her Bachelor of Science degree from Barber-Scotia College.

She was one that deeply appreciated and enjoyed singing.  She leaves to cherish her memories her mother, Mrs. William L. Foard; four sisters, Betty, Myra, Selina and Virginia; two brothers, Howard and Reginald.  She also leaves a host of relatives and friends.

In addition to her father, Lois was preceded in death by one sister, Jo Rita, and one brother, William.
