Born June 1, 1938 to the late Bessie Mae and L.C. Allen, Louvenia grew up in Cairo GA, one among 10 siblings. She is survived by her brothers Leonard, Willie and Leon and sisters Betty and Jessie. Louvenia moved during her young adult life to New York where she met and married Raymond A, Francis, Jr. This union produced six children which she is survived by Tanya, Linda, Linette, and Kevin. Along with this union, she was blessed with her stepchildren, survived by Valerie, Phyllis, Fareed and Sharon. Her second marriage to Herbert Williams produced her loving son Michael. Louvenia was also blessed to have adopted into her family of children, her daughter, Josetta "Anita" Johnson. She is the loving mother-in-law to Rajah, Wilbur "Ron", Robert, Wills, Raynard and Cheryl, the grandmother to 27 grandchildren, and a host of great-grand's, nieces, nephews and cousins. We would be remiss if we didn't add the fact that Micheal's significant other, Arica stood by and was with Michael as he so loving took care of mommy and was a source of happiness and strength to her. To Arica, mommy knows.

Louvenia was the very definition of Ms.Independant. She was adventurous in many ways, and always full of life. We all know and can attest to the fact that when she told a story, she told a story and you would be guaranteed a laugh. Her kindness and huge heart was felt by every individual who came in contact with her. Her faith and love of God was shown in actions and interactions with others. The bible tells us that "faith without works is dead" and Louvenia stood on this principle. She didn't just talk the talk but walked the walk and was steadfast in what she believed to be true and right. She was the rock that so many of us leaned on and will truly be missed in this life.

She was preceded in death by her children; Lorraine and Karen.

Louvenia led a long, beautiful life until God called her home on April 19th,2023 and until that day when we meet again, we pray that her legacy which lives in each and everyone of us will be a reminder to treat each other with the same love and kindness that was found in her.
