Mrs. Lucille Waddell, 77, of Charlotte passed away on Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at Levine and Dickson Hospice House. Memorial service will be held Friday, August 2 from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. at Greater Mt. Sinai Baptist Church, 1243 West Blvd.
