Mrs. Maggie Louise Sanders Mason, 81 of Charlotte, passed away on August 20, 2019 at Peak Resources Nursing Home.  She was born September 23, 1937 in Chester, South Carolina to the late Willie B. Sanders and Lizzie Darby Sanders.

She graduated from Finley High School in Chester, SC.  Later, Maggie moved to Charlotte, NC where she met her soon-to-be husband, Robert "Bobby" Mason.  Maggie worked at Teddy's Restaurant for a few years.  Later in life, she became a stay at home mom.  Maggie always tried to live by God's word to instill in her children's lives.

In addition to her parents, Maggie is preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bobby" Mason; six brothers, Hampton, William, Clest, Crawford, Cordoza and Harvey Sanders; granddaughter, Shquail Victroria Harris and grandson, Dwayne L. Barber.

Maggie is survived by her four daughters, Patricia Sanders, Diane Mason Barber (Henry), Regina B. Mason and Rebecca Harris; seven grandchildren, Reshaunda Mason (Tiffany), Derrick Barber, Kima Sanders, Condarius Mason, Justin Harris, Djimon Grant, Makayla Grant; two great-grandchildren, Thalia Sanders and Cam'ron Sorey; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
