Mr. Mannie Parks of Charlotte, passed away on April 4, 2013 at Kindred Transitional Care, Monroe. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at Grier Chapel at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will begin at 12 noon until time of service. Interment will be at York Memorial.
