Marilyn "Sue-Sue" Ione Sartor, 66 of Charlotte, passed away on April 4, 2019 at Novant Health.  She was born on October 31, 1952 in Mecklenburg County, in Charlotte, North Carolina.  She was a 1971 graduate of West Charlotte Senior High School.  She furthered her education at Central Piedmont Community College in Business Administration.  Her career endeavors included NCNB and Bank of America.

Her life was simple and she loved her family. She was a member of the Red Hatters of Old Knox Commons Nursing Home of Huntersville, NC where she resided.  She accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior.

She was preceded in death by her father, Emmerson W. Sartor Sr. and stepfather, Nathaniel Talbert Sr. (Sonny).

She leaves to cherish fond memories her mother, Barber F. Talbert; sons, Ronald A. Cunningham and Ky'Eem J. Sartor; grandchildren, Raheem Cunningham and Au'Dicee K. Sartor, all of Charlotte; brothers, Keith E. Ross of Charlotte, Emmerson W. Sartor Jr., (Carol) of Jacksonville, NC and Williel L. Sartor of College Park, GA; sisters, Robin C. Sartor and Katherine Hoston (Richard); a special aunt, Cassandra Abraham, all of Charlotte; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
