Mary Frances Smith, 81 of Monroe, passed away on Sunday May 19, 2019 at Elizabethan Gardens, Monroe, North Carolina. She was born to the late Archie and Cora Donzell Bluford.

She is preceded in death by her parents, late husband Eugene Smith, and one brother, Archie Bluford Jr.

She leaves to cherish her memories five children, Patricia Jones (Joe) of Laurens, SC, Willie Lewis Bluford (Carolyn) of Simpsonville, SC, Leonard Bluford-Little (Sylvia) of Hermitage, TN, Mary Alice Bluford and Kent Little (Gloria) all of Orlando, FL, six sisters, Ruth Nance of Laurens, SC, Thelma Jenkins (George) of Hinesville, GA, and Louise Hamilton, Bertha Baker, Lillie Wallace and Cora Early (Robert) all of Charlotte, NC, and one brother, James Henry Bluford of Clinton, SC, 19 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 14 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
