Melomie P. Fisher, 62 of Charlotte, passed away on July 24, 2019 at her residence.

She was born August 26, 1956 in Charlotte, NC, the daughter of Robert Jamison Oliphant and Mary Elizabeth Ferguson.  Melomie attended Charlotte-Mecklenburg School and was a certified CNA worker, employed with Charlotte Rehabilitation Hospital, Avant'e Nursing and also served as a bus monitor for CMS.  Melomie was a member of HO Graham Presbyterian Church where she served as a Deacon.  "Nannie" and "Bebee" as she was known by family, she was also an affectionate individual and was truly loved by her family.  Life will not be the same without her.  She will truly missed.

She preceded in death, her parents, brothers, Robert Lewis Dulin, Julius, Lafayette, Robert Jr. and Ernest Oliphant, Grandchildren, D'Anthony Digsby Jr., Amiyah and Aniyah Dulin.

Melomie leaves to morn her death; one daughter, Tammy Marie Dulin, one brother, Michael Dulin; four sisters, Sandra Cohen-Hanif, Gloria Oliphant-Isles (Keith)  of Charlotte, Corinna  Oliphant-Horton (Sandy) of Boston, MA, Roberta Rigsbee of Durham, NC; five grandchildren, Jessica Sasser, Jade Ashanti, Justin Jamal, Jaren Devonte, Josh Adam Dulin all of Charlotte; five great-grandchildren, Jocelyn Sasser, Jamon Chamber, Jaycen Sasser, Dynasti Dulin, Miracle Dulin Starks, all of Charlotte; two aunts, Catherine Dulin, Minnie Wilson of Charlotte and a host of nephews, nieces and cousins.
