Mr. Melvin Rouse of Charlotte, passed on April 6, 2015 at Novant Health-Matthews. Funeral service will be held on Monday April 13, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at University Park Baptist Church. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Beatties Ford Memorial Garden.
