Mr. Michael Rodwell Downer, 52, of Charlotte, passed away on February 29, 2016 at CMC-Main. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Grier Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be from 12:00 noon until 1:00 p.m.
