Mr. Michael Ellis Johnson, 52 of Iron Station, NC, departed this life on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at home surrounded by his loving family and friends.  He was born on July 31, 1969, in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Homer Ellis Johnson and Wanda Thomas-Condrey.

Michael Ellis Johnson was a Faithful, Dedicated, Upright, God-fearing Prince Hall Mason for 20 years.

He was survived by a very devoted family:  his wife Teresa Johnson of 25 years; his four children, Marquies Johnson Sr. (Zanah) of Youngstown, OH, Jerel Johnson (Bridgett) of Fort Bragg, NC, Madison Johnson of Iron Station, NC and Christopher Johnson of Iron Station, NC; his loving stepfather, Adrian Thomas Sr. of Pittsburgh, PA; two sisters, Kimberly Humphrey, Tiera Russell (Daniel); three brothers, A'lan Johnson (Veronda), Adrian Thomas Jr., and Dorian Thomas, all of Youngstown, OH.

Michael also leaves cherished in-laws, Alvin Bone of Greenville, AL and Virginia Bone of Georgiana, AL; two sisters-in-law, Andrea Smith (Lester) of Charlotte, NC and Jennifer Bone of Montgomery, AL; one brother-in-law, David Crittenden (Marion), of Andalusia, AL and his godfather, Joseph Brown of Washington, DC; eight beautiful grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
