Michael "Big Mike" Ross, 50 of Charlotte, passed away on Saturday July 11, 2020 at Atrium Health-Northeast. He was born September 17, 1969 to Clarence Austin and Elois Wade in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Mike attended Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools and graduated from Olympic High School in 1989.  He was employed by Park-In-Spot at Charlotte Douglas International Airport.  He was a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan.

He is survived by his mother, Elois Caldwell; sister, Sheila Caldwell; brother, Ken Caldwell; 2 nieces, Tonya and Javasia Caldwell; nephew, Corey E. Polk, Jr.; great nieces, Janhi Huntley and Khiylar Caldwell; great nephews, Brandon White and Bradley Caldwell; and 2 very close friends, Latara Misenheimer and Jakia Summers.
