Mrs. Mildred Polk Jones of Charlotte, passed away on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Carolinas Medical Center Main. Funeral arrangements are set for 1:00 pm Saturday, May 5th at the St. Davie Baptist Church in Wingate, NC. Visitation prior to service will begin at 12:30am, and burial will be at the church cemetery in Wingate. An additional visitation in Charlotte with the family is scheduled for Friday evening, May 4th from 7:00-8:00pm at Grier's Memorial Chapel, 115 John McCarroll Avenue, Charlotte.
