Mrs. Modia Sue Heggins, 70 of Charlotte, passed away on March 24, 2017 at Novant Health.  A Memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Grier Memorial Chapel.  Visitation will begin at 3:30 p.m.
