Mr. Olah Talib Patterson, 48, of Charlotte, North Carolina, departed this life on Sunday, February 18, 2024. His mother, Barbara Ann Lawson Patterson and his father, Larry E. Patterson, preceded him in death.

Olah attended Charlotte Mecklenburg Public Schools and after graduation he joined the U.S. Navy. Olah was always happy and no matter what the circumstance, he saw the good in everyone and in everything. He was easygoing and had a great sense of humor. He was loyal and he loved his family and friends as well as his Black and Mild.

He leaves behind to celebrate his life his wife, Lakisha Patterson; two daughters, Naiya Jane and Nia Michelle; one brother, Kenny Lawson (Cheryl); his step-mom, Sonja Patterson and special friend Ann Shephard; uncles, Stephen Patterson and Darryl Patterson; aunts, Gloria Jean Lawson Rogers, Andrea Williams (Frank); Yvonne Patterson (Amin) and Deatria Patterson and one great-aunt, Virginia "Snook" Barnes. He leaves behind a host of cousins and friends.

Olah loved; he was loved and he will truly be missed!
