Mr. Oliver Tarrant, 66 of Charlotte, passed away on November 7, 2017 at Avante of Charlotte. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at Grier Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Cemetery.
