Obituary
Mrs. Ophelia B. Dargins of Charlotte, passed away on April 8, 2013 at Liberty Nursing Home. Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 12, 2013 at Steele Creek AME Zion Church at 1:00 p.m. Visitation will be from 12 noon until 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at the church cemetery.
