Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 30, 2014, at 12 noon at Greater Providence Baptist .Church. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 12 noon. Interment will be at York Memorial Park. Survivors are: a son, Haywood L. Polk (Sherry) of Killeen, Texas; a daughter, Janet R. Polk of Charlotte.
