Ms. Phillis McDowell of Charlotte passed on November 13, 2014 at Levine & Dickson Hospice House-Huntersville, NC. Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Thrift Baptist Church at 8415 Moores Chapel Road. Visitation will be from 12 noon to 1:00 p.m. interment will be at Macedonia Baptist Church, Lucia, NC.
