Mrs. Phyllis Patricia Hattie Hall Small 71, of Charlotte, passed on Wednesday, June 12,2013 at her residence. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at Woodland Presbyterian Church. Rev. Dr. Larry Hill, pastor, officiating. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Survivors are: her husband, John Haywood Small; a brother, James (Rosetta) Small; two sisters-in-law, Minnie Joe (Joe) Stewart and Barbara Robinson, all of Charlotte.
