Phyllis Ann Williams passed away peacefully on Friday, April 21, 2023. She was born on March 8, 1954 in Charlotte, North Carolina to Robert and Betty Williams.

She was a graduate of Olympic High School. She retired from SMI Properties as a Quality Control Inspector displaying a wonderful knack for details. Phyllis enjoyed the simple pleasures of the watching TV and being with her family and friends.

She is survived by her sister, Emma W. Talford; two nieces, Amanda Dube, Amelia Talford; two great-nephews, Ethan Dube and Gavin Dube; great-niece, Melissa Dube; and host of cousins and friends and others whose lives she touched.
